ExoticRx (“the Service”) is an information-only tool that provides drug dosage references compiled from published veterinary literature. The Service is not veterinary advice, does not constitute a veterinary-patient relationship, and is not classified as a medical or veterinary device.

2. Intended Users

The Service is intended for licensed veterinary professionals, veterinary technicians, and veterinary students. Users must exercise independent professional judgment when making clinical decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

ExoticRx and its operators shall not be liable for any clinical outcomes, animal harm, or adverse events resulting from the use of dosage information provided by the Service. All dosage calculations are reference data and must be verified against current published literature before clinical application.

4. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExoticRx from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the Service in clinical practice.

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. Users may cancel at any time through their account settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription or renewal, prorated based on usage.
