What's included in the free tier?
The free tier includes 10 dosage calculations per day across all 69 species (up to 5 exotic per day), plus full access to browse every drug's cited dose ranges and evidence grades. Pro removes the daily limits and adds saved patient profiles and PDF dose sheets.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and cancelling stops all future renewals. A full refund is available within 7 days of any subscription or renewal charge — no questions asked. Consumers in the EU/UK additionally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, which we honor where it applies; statutory rights are unaffected.
Am I eligible for the student plan?
The student plan is for students enrolled in a veterinary program. Academic email addresses (.edu, .ac.uk, .edu.au, and similar academic domains) are verified automatically at checkout. If your school's email domain isn't recognised, contact us from your school email and we'll set up the student rate for you. Like all paid plans it renews annually until you cancel, which you can do anytime from account settings.
Do you offer institutional licensing?
