Every held source for this drug and species, as printed. Where they differ, both are shown — the choice is yours, not ours.
The sources disagree for this combination. The ranges below do not overlap on a comparable route. This is not an error in one of them — published veterinary references differ, and reconciling them for a particular patient is a clinical judgement.

ADVERSE REACTIONS (BSAVA Part B p.82, verbatim): Hyperplastic thickening and oedema of respiratory epithelia at significantly higher dose rates causing increased respiratory rates. SAFETY AND HANDLING (BSAVA Part B p.82, verbatim): Corrosive. Wear gloves and eye protection. DRUG INTERACTIONS (BSAVA Part B p.82, verbatim): The chemical should not be used with other chemicals (other than salt), particularly reducing agents such as formalin. ACTION (BSAVA Part B p.82, verbatim): The chemical slowly decomposes in water to the hypochlorite anion to produce weak hypochlorous acid, which decomposes further to active chlorine and oxygen to provide a disinfectant effect. USE (BSAVA Part B p.82, verbatim): For the treatment of external water-borne bacterial infections, particularly bacterial gill disease, and some protozoan and trematode ectoparasites in fish. It should not be mixed in metal containers or ones in which other chemicals have been previously mixed. Do not use in bright sunlight or in water <12°C. Turn off UV and carbon filter systems for 24 hours. More toxic in water with low hardness and low pH. Make up fresh solution immediately prior to use since product degrades in water. Do not dispose of product in drains or waterways. SOURCE: Ramsey I, ed. BSAVA Small Animal Formulary, 10th ed. Part B: Exotic Pets. Why a species-specific page? Chloramine-T pharmacokinetics differ across species: dose ranges, intervals, and route preferences are not interchangeable. Cross-extrapolation from canine doses is unsafe in koi — the rules above are the citations specific to this species, not generic recommendations.
