Eprinomectin is dosed at 0.2–0.3 mg/kg SC once in rabbits, per Pan B, Wang M, Xu F, et al. Efficacy of an injectable formulation of eprinomectin against Psoroptes cuniculi, the ear mange mite in rabbits. Potentiates GABA and glutamate-gated chloride channels causing paralysis and death of nematodes and arthropods.
Zero milk withdrawal in cattle. Do not use in cats or dogs. Ivermectin-sensitive breeds (Collies) may be at risk. Injectable form provides extended duration.
