Mechanism of Action

Caninized monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-31 (IL-31), a key pruritogenic cytokine. Neutralizes IL-31 before it can bind to its receptor on sensory neurons.

Side effects & warnings

Dogs only (species-specific). Vomiting may occur post-injection. Avoid in breeding/pregnant/lactating dogs. Efficacy lasts ~4-8 weeks. No known drug interactions.
