Mechanism of Action
Competitive H1 receptor antagonist of the propylamine class that blocks histamine-mediated allergic responses and has mild anticholinergic properties.
Side effects & warnings
Sedation common. Ensure product does not contain decongestants (phenylephrine, pseudoephedrine) or other additives. Anticholinergic side effects.
