Mechanism of Action

Ciprofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. Dexamethasone suppresses inflammatory mediators. Combined for infected, inflamed ears.

Side effects & warnings

Good Pseudomonas coverage. Shake well before use. Avoid if tympanic membrane is perforated. 7-day typical treatment course.
