Otitis externa (anti-inflammatory)

Mechanism of Action

Potent glucocorticoid reducing otic inflammation, edema, pruritus, and exudation in ear canal tissue.

Side effects & warnings

Reduces inflammation to allow other topical agents to penetrate. Avoid in ear canal with ruptured TM (ototoxicity of other components). Part of many combination products.
