Triple combination: marbofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase (broad-spectrum including Pseudomonas); clotrimazole disrupts fungal membranes; dexamethasone suppresses inflammation.
10-drop dose BID for 7-14 days. Good Pseudomonas coverage. Do not use with perforated tympanic membrane. Veterinary-specific formulation. Available in EU.
