Danocrine
Synthetic androgen that suppresses FSH and LH. Used in veterinary medicine for immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA) and thrombocytopenia (ITP) as steroid-sparing agent.
Hepatotoxicity risk — monitor liver enzymes. Virilizing effects possible. Teratogenic. Used as adjunct to glucocorticoids in immune-mediated diseases.
