Mechanism of Action
Active metabolite of loratadine with longer duration of action. Non-sedating selective H1 antagonist with additional anti-inflammatory properties.
Side effects & warnings
Well tolerated, minimal sedation. No significant food interactions. Very limited veterinary pharmacokinetic data.
