Factrel, Cystorelin, Fertagyl
Synthetic gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). Stimulates release of FSH and LH from anterior pituitary. Induces ovulation.
Used for cystic ovarian disease, ovulation induction, and GnRH stimulation testing. Very short half-life. Anaphylaxis rare.
