Xyzal
Active R-enantiomer of cetirizine with higher H1 receptor affinity. Non-sedating antihistamine that stabilizes mast cells and reduces eosinophil chemotaxis.
Slightly more potent than cetirizine at half the dose. Minimal sedation. Renally eliminated — adjust in renal impairment.
