Primacor
Inhibits phosphodiesterase III increasing intracellular cAMP. Positive inotrope and vasodilator (inodilator). Does not increase myocardial oxygen demand as much as catecholamines.
IV CRI only. Hypotension possible. Arrhythmogenic. Monitor ECG and blood pressure. Thrombocytopenia reported. Limited veterinary data.
