Sarolaner (isoxazoline) inhibits GABA/glutamate channels in ectoparasites; moxidectin (macrocyclic lactone) targets nematode glutamate-gated chloride channels; pyrantel depolarizes nematode NMJ.
Dogs only. Seizure risk in dogs with MDR1 mutation (moxidectin component). Do not use in dogs <8 weeks or <2.8 lbs. Monthly oral administration.
