Uptravi
Selective prostacyclin (IP) receptor agonist that causes pulmonary vasodilation and inhibits vascular smooth muscle proliferation. Active metabolite has high IP selectivity.
Headache, jaw pain, diarrhea, nausea. Slow dose titration required. Investigational for canine pulmonary hypertension as add-on to sildenafil.
