Eraxis
Inhibits synthesis of 1,3-beta-D-glucan, an essential component of fungal cell wall. Fungicidal against Candida, fungistatic against Aspergillus.
No hepatic metabolism (chemical degradation). Limited veterinary data. Monitor for infusion reactions. Not effective against Cryptococcus.
