Mechanism of action
Preferential JAK1 inhibitor blocking IL-31 and other pruritogenic cytokine signaling. Rapid onset antipruritic effect (4 hours).
Side effects & warnings
Same as oclacitinib. Veterinary-specific product. Twice daily for 14 days then once daily. Not for dogs <12 months. Monitor for neoplasia. Do not use with other immunosuppressants.
