Prostaglandin F2-alpha analog increasing uveoscleral outflow of aqueous humor. Reduces intraocular pressure.
Used for glaucoma. May cause miosis, conjunctival hyperemia, and iris pigmentation changes. Potential for anterior uveitis in dogs — use with caution.
