Non-selective COX inhibitor reducing prostaglandin synthesis in ocular tissues. Anti-inflammatory without steroid side effects.
Does not increase IOP or potentiate infections like steroids. May delay corneal healing slightly. Stinging on application. Can be used with corneal ulcers (debated).
