Mechanism of Action

Depsipeptide activating presynaptic latrophilin receptors and SLO-1 potassium channels causing paralysis and death of nematodes and cestodes.

Side effects & warnings

Combined with praziquantel in Profender (cats). Topical application. Do not allow oral ingestion. Salivation if cat licks application site. Effective against roundworms, hookworms, tapeworms.
