Corlopam
Selective dopamine D1 receptor agonist causing renal and mesenteric vasodilation, reducing blood pressure while maintaining renal perfusion.
Continuous IV infusion only. Reflex tachycardia possible. Monitor blood pressure closely. May increase intraocular pressure.
