Mechanism of Action
Direct smooth muscle relaxant with anticholinergic and local anesthetic properties on urinary tract smooth muscle. Reduces bladder spasm.
Side effects & warnings
Limited veterinary efficacy data. Used for pollakiuria and bladder spasm. Fewer systemic anticholinergic effects than oxybutynin. GI upset possible.
