Mometasone suppresses inflammation. Clotrimazole disrupts fungal ergosterol synthesis. Gentamicin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis. Triple-action for mixed otitis externa.
Do not use with ruptured tympanic membrane (gentamicin ototoxicity). Shake well. 7-day course typical. Veterinary-specific formulation.
