Causes luteolysis, myometrial contraction, and smooth muscle contraction. Used for estrus synchronization, pregnancy termination, and pyometra treatment.
Causes panting, salivation, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain in small animals. Abortifacient — handle with gloves. Bronchoconstriction in asthmatics.
