Tritec
Combines H2 receptor antagonism with bismuth-mediated cytoprotection and anti-Helicobacter activity. Reduces gastric acid and provides mucosal coating.
May cause dark stools (bismuth). Avoid in renal impairment. Monitor for bismuth accumulation with prolonged use.
