Travatan Z
Prostaglandin F2-alpha analog increasing uveoscleral aqueous humor outflow. Reduces IOP. Prodrug activated by corneal esterases.
Used for glaucoma. Miosis, conjunctival hyperemia, iris color change. Risk of anterior uveitis in dogs. Travatan Z is preservative-free formulation.
