Contains lysozyme, lactoferrin, and lactoperoxidase enzymes that generate antimicrobial reactive oxygen species. Targets bacteria and yeast without promoting resistance.
Do not clean ear before application — requires organic debris to activate enzyme system. Effective against Malassezia, Pseudomonas, and Staphylococcus. Version with 1% HC for inflamed ears.
