Cancidas
Inhibits 1,3-beta-D-glucan synthesis in fungal cell wall. Broad activity against Candida and Aspergillus species.
Hepatic metabolism. Dose reduction in hepatic impairment. Limited veterinary PK data. May cause histamine-related reactions.
