NK1 receptor antagonist tablet. Prevents acute vomiting and motion sickness. Centrally acting at emetic center.
FDA-approved for dogs for vomiting prevention. Give 2h before travel for motion sickness. Do not give on empty stomach. Pain at SC injection site if injectable form used.
