Panoquell-CA1
Inhibits cytosolic phospholipase A2 (cPLA2), reducing arachidonic acid release from cell membranes and subsequent production of both prostaglandins and leukotrienes, providing broad anti-inflammatory effects.
New veterinary drug — limited long-term safety data. Monitor for GI signs and injection site reactions. Currently indicated for canine use only.
