Pancrelipase is dosed at 1–2 tsp/20kg/meal PO With each meal in dogs, per Plumb's Veterinary Drug Handbook, 9th Ed. Verify against current literature before clinical use.
Provides exogenous lipase, protease, and amylase to replace deficient pancreatic enzyme secretion, enabling digestion and nutrient absorption.
Administer with meals. Excessive doses may cause oral/perianal irritation or GI upset. Store properly to maintain enzyme activity.
