Protamine Sulfate
Strongly basic protein that forms stable complex with heparin (strongly acidic), neutralizing anticoagulant activity.
1mg protamine neutralizes ~100 units heparin. Slow IV administration. Hypotension, bradycardia, anaphylaxis risk (especially in patients with fish allergy or prior protamine exposure).
