Flomax
Selective alpha-1A adrenergic antagonist targeting receptors in prostate and bladder neck smooth muscle. Uroselective with less vascular effects.
Limited veterinary data. More uroselective than prazosin (less hypotension). May facilitate ureteral stone passage. GI upset possible.
