Tobrex
Aminoglycoside binding 30S ribosomal subunit. Bactericidal against gram-negatives including Pseudomonas. Important for corneal ulcers.
Less corneal epithelial toxicity than gentamicin with prolonged use. Good Pseudomonas coverage. Can fortify (prepare higher concentration) for severe infections.
