Mechanism of Action
Docosanoid prostaglandin analogue that increases uveoscleral and trabecular outflow. Less potent than latanoprost but may cause less inflammation in uveitis-prone eyes.
Side effects & warnings
Milder IOP reduction than other prostaglandin analogues. May be better tolerated in eyes with prior uveitis. BID dosing (vs QD for other PGAs). Limited veterinary data.
