Yondelis
Binds to minor groove of DNA, bending the helix toward the major groove. Interferes with transcription-coupled nucleotide excision repair and modulates tumor microenvironment.
Hepatotoxicity — monitor liver enzymes. Myelosuppression. Requires central venous access. Very limited veterinary data — investigational for soft tissue sarcomas.
