Zubrin
Dual inhibitor of both cyclooxygenase (COX) and 5-lipoxygenase (LOX) pathways, blocking prostaglandin and leukotriene synthesis simultaneously.
Dogs only. Rapidly disintegrating tablet — place on tongue. GI adverse effects. Not with other NSAIDs. Monitor hepatic and renal function. Novel dual mechanism.
