Ellence
Epimer of doxorubicin. Intercalates DNA, inhibits topoisomerase II, generates free radicals. Possibly less cardiotoxic than doxorubicin.
Vesicant — severe tissue necrosis with extravasation. Cumulative cardiotoxicity (monitor echocardiography). Myelosuppression. Alopecia in breeds with continuously growing hair.
