Selectively inhibits XPO1 (exportin 1), trapping tumor suppressor proteins in the nucleus and restoring cell cycle control and apoptosis in neoplastic cells.
Dogs only. GI toxicity (anorexia, vomiting, diarrhea, weight loss). Monitor CBC and liver values. Approved for canine lymphoma.
