Inhibits adenosine reuptake and phosphodiesterase, improving microcirculation and red blood cell deformability. Neuroprotective via adenosine receptor modulation.
Licensed in some countries for canine cognitive dysfunction and lethargy/dullness in old dogs. Give on empty stomach. GI upset rare.
